Due to our current shipping options, we do have some limitations regarding tracking and even countries that we can ship to. Please see our charts below regarding countries that can be shipped to with tracking, without tracking, and those we are not able to ship to.

All orders are packed and shipped from Canada. POD details are slightly different, please see POD section in our FAQ for those details.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will have your tracking information.
It is! We ship everything in coloured poly mailer packaging. The label has just CK for our company name and all documentation just states "Adult Pyjama" or "Vinyl Sticker". POD products are sent out by the manufacturer and are handled separately.
We ship product out on Tuesdays and Fridays. We try to ensure orders are sent out within 4-5 business days. There are different shipping options available (depending on location), so times can vary. Below are rough time estimates:

We currently offer the following regarding shipping costs:
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, the delivery service will be unable to deliver your package. Once the package has been shipped, we are not able to change your order details including your address. Your package will be returned to us. Once it has arrived, we will issue you a refund for your order, minus the shipping cost.
International orders may be subject to local charges, taxes, import, or VAT fees. These associated fees are charged once the parcel has reached it's destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Crinkle Kit cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. These costs and policies vary from country to country, so to find out more, please contact your local customs office for more information.

The below countries default to shipping options with tracking when orders are placed. This allows us the ability to provide updates and possibly refunds if a shipment is lost due to the courier.
