Returns & exchanges Policy

RETURNS / REFUNDS

If you are looking to return your onesie for a refund, please ensure you reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your product. All returns must not have been worn, washed or damaged. Returned products must be shipped to our corporate address listed on our Contact Us page. Buyers are responsible for the cost to return the product to us. Once the package is received, the products will be examined for any signs of wear or damage. If everything looks okay, a refund will be provided. A restocking fee will be withheld from the refund amount.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Provided that your order has not yet been shipped, an order cancellation can be processed. If the order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel your order. If the order has been packaged, a packaging and restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

EXCHANGE

We know there's times that a sizing mistake can occur or you realize the item you got isn't quite right. It's not a problem at all as you can return eligible items to us within 15 days of receiving your product. Please ensure though that everything is in excellent shape and everything is intact.

Be sure that when trying on your new treasure that you are gentle and ensure it remains clean, unwashed and stain-free. If we receive a return that doesn't meet our policy, it won't be eligible for store credit.

Due to our policies, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and ensure it meets our return requirements. If it does, we will process a store credit for you, no direct exchanges, sorry!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please make sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at support@crinklekit.com and include pictures of the issue. We will evaluate any damage or incorrect product and look at a replacement possibility on a case by case basis.

Clearance Items

Please be aware that all clearance items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. The only time we will allow a return is if the item arrives damaged. Please follow the information above regarding damages if this is the case.

SHIPPING

It is the costumers responsibility to input their right address at checkout. We are not responsible for replacing lost items due to misinformation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for paying your shipping costs of returning your items to us. If a refund is requested, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the initial order.

Depending on your location, it may take longer for exchanges to take place as we do not ship out the new product until we receive and evaluate your original order.

PROCESSING

For all refund or damage requests, we must process and review your original order. When it arrives with us, we will review the order and ensure there has been no wear or signs of use. If we deem the product has been used, we will deny the request and send the product back to you.

TAILOR PROGRAM

Did a snap fall off within the first 15 days of receiving your product? Please email us with a picture of the issue. If you have a local tailor who can assist in replacing the snap, send a receipt to us of the work done, and we will reimburse you the cost of the repair (This often times is much faster and less expensive than waiting for your return to arrive to us and sending out a replacement).
