Refund Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Looking to return or exchange your order for one reason or another? We want to help! Free returns and exchanges are offered within 30 days of receiving your order. The product can be returned for a different product, store credit, or a refund of the original payment. The following exceptions apply to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging with all of the contents of the package inside (this includes any freebies we added in your order).
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (this includes washing).
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
  • Discounted or discontinued items are final and can't be returned or exchanged.
  • To complete the return process, please include your order number as we require proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please make sure you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for paying for your shipping costs of returning your item to us. If a refund is requested, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the initial order.

Depending on your location, it may take longer for exchanges to take place as we do not ship out the new product until we receive your original order.


PROCESSING

For all refund or exchange requests, we must process and review your original order. When it arrives with us, we will review the order and ensure there has been no wear or signs of use. If we deem the product had been used, we will deny the request and send the product back to you.

  • What type of request you are making (refund, exchange, replacement).
  • Your order number.
  • Include pictures of your product as it is (if there is damage to it, please include focused pictures of the damage as well).
