Refund Policy

Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds. All sales are final. If you are unsure of your sizing, please reach out to us at support@crinklekit.com or through our contact page and we would be happy to help you select the correct size product for you.


Please make sure you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at support@crinklekit.com and include pictures of the issue.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for paying for your shipping costs of returning your item to us. If a refund is requested, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the initial order.

Depending on your location, it may take longer for exchanges to take place as we do not ship out the new product until we receive your original order.


For all refund or damage requests, we must process and review your original order. When it arrives with us, we will review the order and ensure there has been no wear or signs of use. If we deem the product had been used, we will deny the request and send the product back to you.


Did a snap fall off within the first 15 days of receiving your product? Please email us with a picture of the issue. If you have a local tailor who can assist in replacing the snap, send a receipt to us of the work done and we will reimburse you the cost of repair (This often times is much faster than waiting for your return to arrive to us and sending out a replacement).
