Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) and Ethical Policy
A. Crinkle Kit understands our customers are free to make their own decisions on pricing of our products in their respective stores, however we do maintain a minimum advertised price at our reseller stores to continue to obtain products from us. The Minimum advertised prices resellers should be no less than the prices maintained on the online store Crinklekit.com.
B. Prohibited ethical practices are included but not limited to:
1) Deceptive or misleading advertising of our productcs,
2) Misrepresenting the core values of the Crinklekit brand,
3) Store pricing policies which temporarily violate or are otherwise designed to not comply with Crinklekits MAP Policy.
